Absolutely! Private events are a big part of what I do. Whether it's a milestone birthday, a family reunion, an engagement party, or just a gathering you want remembered — I'd love to be there. These are often my favourite shoots because there's so much genuine emotion and real moments to capture.
Yes — a printed wedding album is available as an optional add-on on any package. It’s not included in the base price because not every couple wants one, and I’d rather keep the package price clean. Once your gallery is delivered and you’ve had a chance to see your favourites, I’ll help you select and design something worth keeping on the shelf. Pricing depends on size and page count — get in touch and I’ll send you the options.
Yes — for Sydney weddings, we’re absolutely available, just get in touch at least 3 months before your date so we can lock in travel and accommodation arrangements early.
For everything across Melbourne and regional Victoria — Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, Macedon Ranges, Dandenong Ranges and beyond — we travel for all shoots, no problem.
Reach out with your date and we’ll let you know straight away.
Yes — but only where they add something. For couple portraits, I’ll guide you into good light and give you simple direction: where to stand, how to hold each other, where to look. Just enough to make you feel comfortable, not so much that it feels staged. For group family shots, I move through them quickly so they don’t steal time from your day.
I also bring editorial and modelling shoot experience into my work — so if you’d love something a little more intentional, I’m always up for heading to a nearby park or a better location for an hour or two. We’ll create semi-posed, artistic portraits that still feel completely in the moment. Not stiff. Not forced. Just beautiful images that happen to have been crafted.
But here’s the honest split — about 80% of your gallery will be real moments I caught while things were actually happening. The posed shots make sure you have the beautiful, intentional portraits. The candid shots are what make the whole thing feel like yours.
Yes — Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, Dandenong Ranges, Macedon Ranges, and regional Victoria are all covered. Travel within greater Melbourne metro is included. For longer distances I’ll let you know upfront if there are any travel costs, and for destination weddings we can work something out.
For larger events like corporate functions or milestone celebrations, 4–8 weeks ahead is ideal. For something smaller and more casual, a couple of weeks is usually fine. That said, weekends fill up fast — the sooner you reach out, the better chance we have of locking in your date.
Weddings can be booked anywhere from 3 months to a year in advance — but the earlier, the better. Popular dates and weekends fill up faster than you’d think, and I only take a limited number of bookings to make sure every client gets my full attention.
The best thing to do is check availability as soon as you have a date in mind. Even if you’re still in the planning stages, reaching out early means we can hold the date for your team before someone else takes it.”
For autumn and spring weddings — Melbourne’s peak months — I’d suggest locking in at least 9 to 12 months out. March through May and September through November book up fast, and the best dates go to whoever confirms first. If your wedding is coming up sooner, reach out anyway — I sometimes have late availability or cancellations. And if I’m already booked on your date, I’m happy to point you toward someone whose work I respect.
It depends on the event, but for a 3-hour shoot you can typically expect 100–200 edited images delivered in full resolution. Every photo is colour-corrected and ready to share or print. Larger events with more coverage will naturally result in more images.
There’s no set limit — the number of photos depends on the hours of coverage, the type of event, and how many guests there are. More people, more moments, more photos.
What I can promise is this: every final image is fully edited and delivered in high resolution through a private online gallery, ready to download, share, or print. One thing I don’t share is RAW files. Think of them like a half-cooked meal — technically it’s food, but it’s not something I’d ever serve you. Every photo you receive has been through my full editing process. That’s the standard.
200+ fully edited images for a full 8-hour day. Every image in your gallery has been hand-selected, colour-graded, and finished — I don’t bulk-export or deliver RAW files. What you get are images that are ready to print, share, or frame. You won’t feel like you’re missing moments, but you’re also not getting hundreds of near-identical shots to sort through. For most couples, 200+ images is more than enough to tell the full story of the day.
Pricing depends on the size of your event, how many hours you need, and whether you’d like prints or albums. I offer transparent flat-rate packages so there are no surprises. Get in touch with a few details about your event and I’ll send you a custom quote within 24 hours.
Most events are delivered within 2–3 weeks. If you need photos sooner for social media or a specific deadline, just let me know upfront and I’ll do my best to accommodate. You’ll receive a link to a private online gallery where you can download everything at full resolution.
For weddings and events, please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery. We don’t put a cap on photos — you’ll typically receive 100–200+ images depending on the event — and every single one is carefully edited and colour graded before it reaches you.
For couple portraits, I go a step further with light skin retouching where needed, while keeping everything natural and true to how the day actually looked. No heavy filters, no artificial edits.
If you need to fast-track delivery for any reason, just let us know upfront — we’re happy to discuss what’s possible.
Yes — a deposit is required to lock in your date, with the balance due before the wedding. I do offer payment plans if that makes things easier — just mention it when you get in touch and we’ll work something out. I accept bank transfer, and everything is covered in a straightforward contract so you know exactly what you’re getting and when.
The Premium package ($3,300) is everything in Standard, plus a dedicated third team member — a professional videographer who captures your full ceremony, speeches, and reception highlights as a proper cinematic wedding film. You also get drone footage where permitted. Three-person team, up to 10 hours of coverage, 200+ edited photos, full cinematic film, drone footage, and video highlights reel — all included. If you want the complete photo and film experience with no add-ons to think about, this is it.
Melbourne weather is Melbourne weather. I always have backup plans for outdoor shoots and know which venues work best when the weather turns. Some of my favourite photos have come from overcast days — the light is soft and often more flattering than harsh midday sun. We’ll make it work regardless.
I carry full backup equipment to every wedding — three cameras, multiple lenses, spare batteries and cards. Equipment failure has never derailed one of my shoots and I intend to keep it that way. In the unlikely event I’m genuinely unable to be there due to a medical emergency, I have a network of trusted Melbourne photographers I’d call immediately to cover. I also carry public liability insurance, which most venues require. All of this is covered in your contract.
My style is mostly documentary — I blend into the background and let your day unfold naturally, capturing real moments as they happen.
That said, I do bring an artistic, editorial eye to every shoot. When timing allows, I love guiding couples into something a little more crafted — think clean light, intentional composition, a touch of fashion photography influence. The rest of the day stays completely natural and unposed.
The result is a gallery that has the best of both — genuine emotions and real moments, with a few images that feel like they belong in a magazine
I have an editorial eye but a documentary heart. Most of your gallery will be real moments I caught while things were actually happening — the look between you during the vows, your mum’s reaction, the chaos on the dance floor. I’m not going to spend your day arranging everyone into stiff poses. That said, I love creating beautiful couple portraits when the timing is right — something cinematic, especially during golden hour.
Eight hours of full-day coverage, a 2-person team — I focus entirely on your photos while a dedicated second shooter captures your video highlights — 200+ fully edited images, a cinematic video highlights reel, and an online gallery with permanent download rights. Optional add-ons: wedding album, full videography, and drone footage.
My style is mostly documentary — I blend into the background and capture things as they naturally unfold. That said, I’ll nudge people into better light, suggest a few group shots, and gently direct when it helps. The goal is photos that feel real and relaxed, not stiff or staged.
Your full edited gallery is delivered within 2–3 weeks through a private online gallery. You’ll get a sneak peek of 20–30 images within 48 hours so you have something to share straight away. Everything comes with permanent download rights — print them whenever you like.
I bring a second person to every full-day wedding because there are two things happening simultaneously that both deserve proper attention: your photos, and your video highlights. I focus entirely on photography. My second shooter focuses entirely on capturing the video highlights — ceremony moments, reactions, reception atmosphere — which gets edited into a short cinematic reel that comes included with your package at no extra cost. You leave with both a full edited photo gallery and a video highlights reel, from one booking.
